Exchanges and Returns

  • WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR RETURN?

    You have 30 days, beginning the day after the day on which you received the goods, to return your Tiffosi.com purchase.
  • DO YOU WANT YOUR ORDER TO BE PICKED UP AT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

    If you want the collection to be made at a different address, you must write the new address when submitting the return request. It will not be possible to change the collection address after sending the return request.
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND AMOUNT?

    Once the return request has been approved, you will get your refund within 10 working days.
  • HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

    Access the customer area and request a return in the Orders tab.

    Select the order.

    In the Return option, select the items you want to return. Indicate the reason for the return for each of them.

    You will be able to select the following options:


    - Pick up at home:

    Indicate the address where you want the collection to take place. Collection time may not be available, which requires full availability between 08:00-19:00.

    The carrier will notify you of the collection day via SMS.

    Select the desired option for refund purposes: voucher in the online store or via the same payment method used in the order.

    When completing the return request, a summary of this request and the respective instructions will appear.


    - Collection point:

    This option is available for orders that have been delivered to collection points.

    Access the customer area and request a return in the Orders tab.

    Select the order.

    In the Return option, select the items you want to return.

    Indicate the reason for returning each item.

    You can use the “back label” received with your order and go to the nearest collection point to send your return


  • CAN I RETURN ALL ITEMS?

    Some of our items, due to their special characteristics, cannot be returned: jewelry, underwear, socks, cosmetics and personal protection items.

    Swimwear can be returned or exchanged, but must include the hygiene sticker.

    Please note that returns of items without original tags and traces of use are not accepted. Items with special packaging will have to be returned in original condition.

  • HOW IS THE RETURN PROCESSED?

    The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
