HOW TO SHOP

How can i shop on Tiffosi.com?

Select the articles you want by browsing the menus or using the search tool. Add the items to your basket. You can finalise your purchase as a guest or as a registered customer. When you are done, confirm your order and select your payment and shipping method.

-Shop as a Registered Customer

We’ve made easy for you to set up an account. Our registration form includes examples of formats, to help you when entering such data as your phone number or postcode. When you log into your account, you'll see the full details of your order. Open your account here.

-Shop as a Guest

When shopping as a guest, you only have to enter the information we need to fulfil your order. After your first purchase, you can decide to register as a user or to continue as an unregistered user. You can check the status of your order via the link sent in the order confirmation email.

Can i cancel or change my order?

Once you have completed your purchase, we’ll send you a detailed confirmation email.

It is not possible to change the details of orders that have already been placed.

How can i check my basket?

Click on "View Basket" to see what you are buying, ask for a gift receipt, change or delete the number of units in the order or enter a discount code.

Remember that the items in your basket are not reserved. If any of them sell out while you are shopping, we will let you know in this section.

What is a wishlist and what is it for?

You can save items you really like to your Wishlist. It's easy to do: every time you click on the ♡ symbol, you'lladd the item to your list. You can delete items from the list by clicking on the X. If you want to order the item, click on it and go through with the usual steps.

The Wishlist feature is available to registered customers. Items on the Wishlist are not reserved.

How can i find out the status of my order?

You will get order status updates by email. You can see the same information in the "My account" area.

If you have made your purchase as a guest, you can check the status of your order by clicking on the "View Order" link in the confirmation email you received.

Once the parcel has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking code by email, so you can track the parcel on the carrier's website. If you have opted for delivery at a Tiffosi store, no tracking code is provided.

How can I get my invoices?

To registered customers: invoices are available in the customer area in the “My account” section, in the “invoices” tab.

To customers who purchased as a guest: you must request the invoice via email Customer.care@tiffosi.com

Is shopping at Tiffosi.com safe?

Our top priority is to ensure the information you give us through Tiffosi.com is kept securely.

The Tiffosi.com e-commerce platform has various certifications for information security management best practices and for compliance with the payment card industry's data security standards (PCI DSS). These prove we comply fully with the most demanding recommendations and standards in the sector, so we can be sure we are providing a private, end-to-end and secure shopping experience.

What payment methods can i use?

We offer several payment methods, all of them are assured by Adyen, who guarantees the security of your payments. Our main payment methods are PayPal and Credit Card. Please keep in mind that offered payment methods may vary by the country of destination. Once all items have been added to the basket and you have already selected the courier, all available payment methods for your destination country will be shown.

SHIPPING

What shipping methods, costs and delivery times can i expect?

We ship Worldwide. If your country cannot be selected as delivery country on the left top of our site (shipping to), please contact us. We will happily double check if we are able to ship to your country.

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address.

When you finalise your order, you will see the shipping method and delivery cost options, which will vary as a function of the delivery address you have chosen.

Our shipping fees depend of the country where the package is shipped and the volume and weight of the items. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and volume of each order. Every time you add a product to the shopping cart, the shipping costs change automatically. This way you can check in the shopping cart the total price of the items and choose the shipping method you prefer. We currently do not offer free shipping.

During promotions and campaigns, delivery times may be longer than normal.

For orders shipped to the European Union, the price on our website will be the final cost to you. There will be no additional VAT or duty charges requested on delivery by our carriers.

Only for orders shipped to outside of the European Union, you may be charged customs duties and taxes for something you bought in our store. The taxes may depend on where your order was sent from, the type of items you bought, their value and the weight of the package. Different countries may have different tax policies regarding specific products.

To avoid any unforeseen surprises, please pay attention to the following:
- Contact your local post or customs office to find out more about your country´s customs duties and taxes.
- Import duties, taxed or other customs-related charges are normally collected by the shipping company upon delivery. Import duties and handling fees are not Tiffosi responsibility. Customs duties and taxes are never covered by Tiffosi. If you refuse to accept delivery and we have to get the product returned to us and you will have to pay the courier and any duty costs out of any refund we make to you.
- Tiffosi is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Are all the articles on Tiffosi.com available?

If the item or size you want is out of stock, it may become available again, so we recommend that you visit the page regularly.

If the product is unavailable and/or out of stock, we will let you know that we have partially or totally cancelled your order. You will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, through the same payment channel as that used for the original transaction.
