What is the deadline for returns?

You have 30 days, beginning the day after the day on which you received the goods, to return your Tiffosi.com purchase.

How can i return an article?

Access the order information and request a return.

If you made your purchase as a guest, you can access this information through the link in the order confirmation email or by clicking here.

You will need to select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. You must submit your request for a return in the customer area.

The cost of each return request will vary depending on the country where you’re making the return. This value will be deducted from your refund.

What happens once i have submitted a refund request?

If you originally used the “Delivery to an Address” option and you have asked for a return, collection of the items will be scheduled within 3 working days of the return request. Items will be picked up from the delivery address associated with the order.

Put the item you want to return in its original packaging. Remove any stickers from the packaging. Seal the packaging. If you don't have the original packaging, you should use similar packaging.

The courier will affix a new label when picking up the package.

We are unable to set a specific time for home collections. This means that someone needs to be at the collection address between 8 a.m and 7 p.m. Two collection attempts will be made. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Would you like the package to be collected from a different address?

If you want your returns package to be collected from a different address from the one on the invoice, you need to enter the new address when submitting the return request, in the "Additional Information" section. You cannot change the collection address once the return request has been submitted.

How can i exchange an article?

Exchanges cannot be made through Tiffosi.com. You will have to return the item and then reorder what you want.

Can all items be returned/exchanged?

Due to their nature, some items cannot be returned and/or exchanged: jewellery, underwear, socks, cosmetics and personal protection items.

Swimwear can be returned as long as the hygiene sticker is still in place.

We will not accept returns of items without the original labels or showing signs of use. Specially packaged items must be returned in their original condition.

You may be charged storage and re-shipment costs for returns that are not accepted.

How do we process the return?

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

When will i receive my refund?

Once the return request has been approved, you will get your refund within 10 working days.
